The purpose is to manage your participation and/or attendance at MEO Kalorama (hereinafter, “the event”), segmenting profiles to improve and optimize the experience.

The legal basis for processing your personal data is as follows:

• The performance of a contract and/or a business relationship.
• The informed consent that you expressly, freely, and unequivocally provide by agreeing to this PRIVACY POLICY and submitting the corresponding form.
• Compliance with various mandatory legal obligations of the company.
• Legitimate interest based on various security reasons, the improvement of our products and services, managing your inquiries, handling complaints, and fraud management.

The data we request is appropriate, relevant, and strictly necessary to fulfill the above purposes. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, although this will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

You also guarantee the authenticity, accuracy, and truthfulness of any information you provide to us, committing to keep your data updated so that it always reflects reality. Likewise, you will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements and for any damage they may cause.

We store your data as long as there is a contract or business relationship with you, or until you exercise your rights of deletion, cancellation, and/or restriction of data processing. After this storage period ends, the company will delete, destroy, block, or pseudonymize your personal data. If you pay by credit card, the data will be encrypted and transferred to our payment partners. Any personal data of the customer will be used exclusively within the LAST TOUR Group and Giras & Audaciosas Unipessoal and will not be shared with third-party companies or entities other than those provided here.

Finally, if you submit a curriculum vitae for employment purposes, it will become part of a file owned by the company. The purpose of this file is staff selection, and by voluntarily submitting this information, you are giving your express consent for your data to be available for future hiring or recruitment processes. Additionally, this data may be shared with LAST TOUR CONCERTS, S.L. and Giras & Audaciosas Unipessoal Lda.

EXERCISING YOUR RIGHTS:

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, or deletion, restriction of processing, cancellation, or objection, and data portability at Kalorama Festival Unipessoal Lda, in Lisbon. Additionally, you have the right to file a complaint with the National Data Protection Commission. Your rights under data protection laws may be exercised in Basque, Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
