Yes, glasses purchased at the festival can be returned at the glass return point at the following times:

Days 29: 16h00 – 1h45

Days 30 and 31: 16h00 – 2h45

Each glass will have a deposit of €3.

MEO KALORAMA’s doors open at 16h00 every day. Doors close at 02h00 on 19 June and 03h00 on 20 and 21 June.

The concerts always start at 17.00.

In 2024, the only payment method allowed inside the festival grounds is Cashless.

TICKETS

You can buy your 3-Day Tickets for MEO KALORAMA at the following official points of sale:

The official points of sale are the only outlets that fully guarantee that the ticket purchased is authentic and valid for entry. It is sold at the correct original price and fulfils all the terms and conditions provided by the promoter. We cannot guarantee the validity of a ticket bought at an unofficial point of sale.

Once purchased, the ticket will only be exchanged or refunded if the event is cancelled. A cancellation is considered when more than half of the scheduled concerts are cancelled or the show does not take place at the scheduled place, date and time. Cases of force majeure (fires, floods, cyclones, earthquakes and other natural causes) do not entitle you to a refund. You must go to the place where you bought your ticket to request a refund.

MEO KALORAMA tickets are not nominal. However, 3-day passes must be exchanged for wristbands and are therefore not transferable.

The terms and conditions for the sale of tickets for the MEO KALORAMA festival do not allow exchanges or returns.

FAQs

Exchanging passes for wristbands

Yes. The exchange of the ticket (daily or three-day) is compulsory and must be done in person. The wristband is personal and non-transferable and no loose wristbands will be given out.

Before entering the venue, you can exchange your three-day pass or day ticket for your wristband at the Welcome Centre outside Parque da Bela Vista, next to the roundabout.

Yes, the public with a three-day pass can enter and leave the venue within the opening hours once they have exchanged and put on the corresponding wristband.

Yes, the public with a one-day ticket can enter and leave the venue within the opening hours once they have exchanged and put on the corresponding wristband.

No. The wristband is personal and non-transferable.

You’ll have to exchange your ticket for a wristband at the Welcome Centre and you’ll be able to enter via the VIP fast track.

Go to the Welcome Centre outside Parque da Bela Vista, bring your wristband and proof of ticket purchase.

TRANSPORT AND ACCESS

Yes, there will be special connections from CP, Fertagus, Carris, Metro, Transtejo-Soflusa and Rede Expressos to facilitate access to the festival.

  • CP (Comboios de Portugal): Connections to and from Lisbon-Oriente Station.FERTAGUS: Promotional return tickets for €2 for festival ticket holders.CARRIS: Lines 727, 755 and 794 pass through Parque da Bela Vista.

    METRO: The nearest station is Bela Vista – Red Line.

    TRANSTEJO – SOFLUSA: Regular river connections between Barreiro, Cacilhas, Montijo, Seixal and Trafaria.

    REDE EXPRESSOS: Connections from various cities to Sete Rios and Oriente in Lisbon, with a 20 per cent discount for festival ticket holders.

CAMPING

  • Check-in: from 8am
  • Check-out: until 12 noon
  • You must present your camping ticket and bring your own tent.
  • If you wish to enter by car, you must pay the corresponding entrance fee per night.
  • No barbecues or grills are allowed.

BUNGALOW

  • Check-in: from 8am
  • Check-out: until 11am
  • Each bungalow is entitled to one car.

We do not provide transport between the festival site and the campsite

Small quantities of food are allowed in, however, as part of the searches carried out by the competent authorities, some foodstuffs may be identified that cannot be brought in. All food that does not pass the inspection will be donated to the Refood4Good association.

You cannot bring in any type of drink, glass bottles, bottles with lids or liquid containers with a capacity of more than 100ml.

Small quantities of food are allowed in, however, in the context of the searches carried out by the competent authorities, some foods may be identified that cannot be brought in. All food that does not pass the inspection will be donated to the Refood4Good association.

Semi-professional and professional photographic and/or video equipment may only enter the venue via press accreditation.

ccording to the general terms and conditions of access to the MEO KALORAMA Festival 2025, upon entering the venue, attendees may be searched in accordance with current legislation. Access is not permitted for objects that may be considered dangerous by those responsible for access control and event security. For safety reasons, the following items are not allowed inside the venue:

  • Large portions of food.
  • Beverages (only plastic bottles of water or juice up to 50cl capacity are allowed and may come with a cap).
  • Containers with other liquids exceeding 100ml capacity.
  • Cans (beverages and spray).
  • Helmets.
  • Selfie sticks.
  • Firearms and bladed weapons.
  • Fireworks, pyrotechnic materials, and explosives.
  • Sharp, pointed, or piercing objects.
  • Umbrellas.
  • Chairs.
  • Ropes.
  • Lasers and flashlights.
  • Toxic substances and drugs.
  • Computers and laptops.
  • Power banks larger than a mobile phone.
  • Travel bags and large backpacks. Cabin-size luggage is not permitted in the venue.
  • Audio, video, or photographic equipment that is large and/or professional, with or without a tripod.
  • Guitars, percussion instruments, or other musical instruments.
  • Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades, or other means of mobility.

Yes, this year it will be possible to enter the festival with reusable glasses for any type of drink and also reusable wine glasses. Glasses of all sizes will be allowed, however, the sizes served at the Festival, which correspond to the glasses inside the enclosure, are:

40cl for all types of drink
20cl for wine

There is a separate car park exclusively for people with reduced mobility (only accessible to those with a reduced mobility badge on their vehicle), and a ramped and properly signposted entrance to the venue with support staff. The venue has a raised platform with good visibility of the stages and various support resources, including chairs on the platform and toilets adapted for people with reduced mobility. Personal assistants are entitled to a free ticket. People who need to be accompanied by a personal assistant must go to the box office with a medical certificate of multi-purpose disability or temporary disability certificate and their ticket, or buy one at the time, together with the personal assistant in order to be given the free ticket. The entire ticketing process will be identical for all other situations.

People with disabilities, pregnant women, the elderly or those accompanied by infants will have priority according to Decree-Law 58/2016 of 29 August.

Yes, on the MEO stage and the San Miguel stage there will be a Portuguese Sign Language interpreter and there will also be a reserved area in front of the three stages, next to the speakers, so that deaf people can feel the vibration of the performances. You will also have access to the mobility platform where a support team is available to help and inform you.

Blind people will have access to mobility platforms and support staff. On the MEO stage platform there will be audio description of the concerts. Guide dogs will also be allowed onto the platform where there will be water containers for hydration.

Yes, located on the reduced mobility platform, in the VIP and next to the wheelchair workshop.

All the WCs at the Festival will be non-binary.

MINORS

MEO KALORAMA is rated for ages 6 and up. However, all minors between the ages of 3 and 15 may enter the venue as long as they are accompanied by their mum, dad or legal guardian. Children between the ages of 3 and 5 do not pay for a ticket.
