When accessing the venue, you can count on:

- Those requesting a ticket for a personal assistant must bring their ticket, previously purchased or bought on site, and their medical certificate of multi-use disability, to the ticket office outside the event to collect the free ticket for their personal assistant. Car park permit holders will be able to collect their companion's ticket from customer services at the entrance to the festival gantry.

- Those who have purchased tickets will not be entitled to a refund.

- Tickets limited to stock availability.

- Tickets will only be allocated for those with a 60% disability according to a medical certificate of multi-purpose disability and proven mobility impairment.

Inside the park you can count on:

A support team to provide support and information to people with reduced mobility, right at the entrance.
If you need a stretcher, you can use our hospital.
You will have priority in the queues in accordance with Portuguese legislation.
Adapted, unisex toilets on the disabled platform.
Raised platform with good visibility of the MEO stage, power for charging wheelchairs, bowls of water for hydrating guide dogs and chairs.
Spaces at the front of the stage next to speakers for deaf people to feel the vibration of the music.
